  • 1. You pay the accommodation when the keys are handed over, you will be required a deposit of 300€ + a cheque of 65 € for cleaning, that one will be given back once perfect cleanliness controlled, the deposit will be sent within a week (because of possible hidden damage).
  • 2. You will be requireda cleaning set amount of 65 € if you don't want to clean.
  • 3. Management fees : (non-refundable) 20 €
  • 4. Tourist tax : according to current bylaw (per person/per day from 16 years old).
  • 5. DEPOSIT : 30% of the rental amount + 20 € for management fees
  • 6. All-included price (except tourist tax) to rent from Saturday 4.00 P.M to Saturday 10.00 A.M, including electricity 4 amperes, gas, tableware, fridge, the space for a car just as all the services of the campsite. We remind that cleaning is not included in the rental cost, if you choose the final cleaning it doesn't include the kitchen/ washing-up one.
  • 7. After a 48-hour delay,without any notice, the accommodation rental will be cancelled by right. There won't be any refund in the event of early departure or cancellation.
  • 8. For a stay during off-season, arrivals and departures are free ( for instance : arrival on Monday and departure on Friday)
  • 9. SHEETS + PILLOWCASES ARE NOT SUPPLIED.
  • 10. HEATING : EXTRA CHARGE per NIGHT

nclosed the amount of 20 euros for management fees + the amount of euros for the rental deposit.
(30% of the amount of your rental).
